Police have charged a man over the alleged supply of prohibited drugs, uncovered following inquiries into graffiti offences on the Mid North Coast.

About 8.15pm on Monday, August 9, 2021, officers attached to the Mid North Coast Proactive Crime Team received reports of three men graffitiing in Port Macquarie.
Following inquiries, officers stopped a Nissan Navara on Ocean Drive, Lake Cathie, and spoke with the 18-year-old male driver.
In a subsequent search of the vehicle, police seized spray cans and a mobile phone.
The driver was released pending further inquiries.
About 8.30am on December 29, the man was arrested at Port Macquarie Police Station and charged with 12 offences:
- Intentionally mark premises etc without prescribed consent,
- supply prohibited drug (x9),
- supply prohibited drugs on an ongoing basis, and,
- supply prohibited drug (indictable quantity).
The Port Macquarie man was granted strict conditional bail to appear at Port Macquarie Local Court on Wednesday, February 9, 2022.
