Barlow touched the wall first in the 200-metre freestyle event while Harrison did likewise in the 50-metre breaststroke. She also achieved a 6.8-second PB in the 50-metre butterfly.
The Piranhas achieved two gold, one silver and six bronze medals across their team of 15 swimmers.
Club secretary Tanya Harrison said while they didn't have a big team, it was the first of the season and numbers were likely to increase ahead of another event at Crescent Head this weekend.
"We had a really good day and a lot of kids had PBs because many haven't competed for quite some time, but they have still been training as much as they can with lockdowns and pool closures," she said.
"They were excited just to be able to compete."
Nine-year-old Cooper Dawson achieved a 12.97-second PB in the 50-metre butterfly while Maeve Kinchington sliced 1.74 seconds off her time in the 100-metre freestyle.
Kiera Hetherington picked up a silver medal in the 200-metre backstroke and bronze in the 200-metre freestyle.
Six-year-old Henry Dawson finished with two bronze medals in the 25-metre backstroke and 25-metre freestyle.
"We had a pretty small team, so overall it was a good result," Harrison said.
It was one of the state's first post-lockdown swimming meets and was an "outstanding success," Taree Torpedoes treasurer, Ian Smith said.
Smith said the amount of competitors was the limit for the event, with competitors travelling as far as Goulbourn, Kingscliff, Tamworth and Armidale.
"There was a real buzz and excitement around the pool with competitors being back to compete for the first time since lockdowns have been eased."
Port Macquarie will host the Swimming North Coast division two championships on December 5.
