The Hastings River has now fallen below the minor flood level at all sites.
Levels at Settlement Point may return to around the minor flood level on Wednesday morning (March 24) on the high tide.
The Camden Haven River at Laurieton has fallen below the minor flood level.
No further flooding is expected in the Camden Haven catchment.
A compulsory evacuation in order in effect for residents on the North Shore and Settlement Point.
Power supply is not likely to be available for up to two weeks, and ferry service will be unavailable for at least 3-4 days.
SES and emergency services have door-knocked and coordinated evacuations via watercraft.

NSW DPI and Local Land Services work together to manage the effects of emergencies on agriculture, livestock and our community as Agriculture and Animal Services Functional Area (AASFA).
This includes the current flood emergency with the provision of Emergency fodder, Animal assessment and veterinary assistance, Stock euthanasia and disposal, Livestock feeding and management advice, and care of animals in evacuation centres.

Livestock
Wauchope Showground is opening the gates for people needing to evacuate stock. They have over 100 new stables available and the 16 stallion stalls are also available. If there are cattle that need to get to higher ground the showground can accommodate those cattle which are most at risk due to limited space.

Schools
Many schools across Port Macquarie-Hastings are offering limited supervision on Monday, or are closing. Please check with your school about current arrangements.
Food and Supplies
Helping Hands is collecting food and supplies for people who have been evacuated in the floods, people who have lost their homes or have been displaced. If you would like to help out in any way even if it's a few cans of food please check drop off locations on the Helping Hand Facebook page or take directly to evacuation centres.
Helping Hand has six Port Macquarie drop off points, one in Beechwood, two in Lake Cathie, one in Wauchope, two in Bonny Hills, one in Laurieton, one in Kendall and one in West Haven.
Once collected at these points, food and supplies will be delivered to evacuation locations and families in need.

Water Supply
Comboyne - Urgent water supply alert
- Council has detected a break in the water main - this is the pipe that supplies the Comboyne village. PLEASE BOIL, BOTTLE AND PRESERVE AS MUCH WATER AS YOU CAN! Council will update on the situation via its Facebook page but your supply will be out until council can fix the issue or provide an alternative water source.

As a result of severe weather patterns and flooding across parts of NSW, some Optus customers may experience disruptions to their mobile call, text and data services.
Optus is providing localised support in Port Macquarie and Taree evacuation centres where mobile devices and pre-paid recharge vouchers will be available.
Telstra has announced a disaster assistance package for its residential and small business customers. More specific details about Telstra's Disaster Relief Package for NSW can be found by clicking HERE
