Ticoba Blueberries and Avocados co-owner Penny Tideman said they are not sure if the farm will open to the public for picking this season, due to whether there is a sufficient amount of blueberries.
A decision will be finalised this weekend (January 4-5).
The Ticoba Blueberries and Avocados farm is running out of water and Mrs Tideman said they are only using enough to keep the trees alive, nothing more.
The farm's dam is empty and the bores are running dry.
If the skies do not open in the near future, Mrs Tideman said unfortunately they will have to start prioritising which plants they will keep alive.
She said they will let older fruit trees die and put energy into keeping the younger ones going.
Mrs Tideman said she feels for all farmers who are being impacted by the weather conditions. She labelled it a "tragedy" for people who have to euthanise their animals due to the conditions.
In September the Comboyne farm was impacted by a severe hailstorm which wiped out majority of their crop.
Mrs Tideman said it was a blessing bushfires have stayed away from the property during the catastrophic conditions, recently experienced by the region.
Meanwhile Brackenridge Berries at Waitui will not open to the public for picking, due to the drought conditions.
In a voice message, Brackenridge Berries owner and manager Jenny Kompara-Tosio said it was a deep regret to inform people there are no blueberries to pick this season.
She said there had been a lot of damage done to the fruit due to the drought and the birds are eating what is left.
The good news, she said is the plants themselves have not been damaged and the farm will be open for picking at the end of 2020.
For more information about picking, please call Ticoba Blueberries and Avocados on 6550 4313 or visit the farm's Facebook page.
