The Tortured Poets Department will be her 11th original studio album and is set for release on April 19.
Swift revealed the news while on-stage accepting her 13th Grammy Award for best pop vocal album with Midnights.
"I want to say thank you to the fans by telling you a secret I've been keeping for the past two and a half years," she said.
"My brand new album comes out April 19 and it's called The Tortured Poets Department.
"Thank you, I love you."
Swift has six nominations at the 2024 Grammy Awards for her October 2022 release Midnights.
If she wins album of the year she will become the first artist in history to win the coveted award four times.
Currently she's tied on three wins with Frank Sinatra, Stevie Wonder and Paul Simon.
The announcement comes two weeks before Swift jets Down Under for the Australian leg of the Eras Tour.
Melbourne is first, hosting the sell-out concerts at the MCG on February 16, 17 and 18, before she takes the stage at Sydney's Accor Stadium on February 23, 24, 25 and 26.
