Darcy Duffy, 26, of Milligan Road, and 24-year-old Andrue Maxwell Tisdell, of Wingham Road were both charged in relation to the murder of Beauchamp on December 25, 2018.
Dufty and Tisdell both remain in custody.
The body of 41-year-old Beauchamp was found alight by Rural Fire Service volunteers in the Yarrat State Forest, just west of Taree on December 27, 2018.
A post mortem examination revealed Mr Beauchamp had been seriously assaulted before his body was taken to the area and set on fire.
Police allege the victim's hands and teeth had been removed before being set alight in an attempt to cover up his murder.
The sentencing hearing has been listed for December 14, 2020 in the Supreme Court.
Three days have been set aside for the hearing.
