A Port Macquarie man who assaulted his former partner and a police officer and intimidated another person will serve a 15 month jail term in the community.

Garth Reynolds, 25, of Table Street appeared before magistrate Georgina Darcy in the Port Macquarie Local Court on Friday, October 30.
Reynolds pleaded guilty assault occasioning actual bodily harm; possession of a prohibited drug - eight Xanax tablets; and assaulting a police officer.
These offences occurred at Port Macquarie on July 6, 2020.
In agreed facts before the court, Reynolds was let into an apartment block by the victim of the assault where he began talking loudly.
"The victim asked him to lower his voice," the facts said.
"Reynolds continued to yell and was asked to leave. The accused continued yelling and being verbally abusive toward the victim.
"The accused pushed the victim in the right hand side of her jaw. (And) continued to yell and refused to leave."
The victim called the police who attended the address.
"The accused was immediately aggressive, yelling at police to "f*** off, you are not coming in," the police facts state.
The accused kept telling police to "f*** off" and slammed the front door (closed).
Reynolds was tasered during the subsequent arrest, suffering a cut on the crown area of his head.
Magistrate Darcy convicted Reynolds on the charges, ordering him to serve a 15 month jail term as an intensive corrections order in the community.
He was ordered to serve 100 hours community service work and to abstain from drug use.
Reynolds also pleaded guilty to stalk/intimidate and contravene an AVO, relating to incidents that took place on September 5, 2020.
He was convicted and ordered to serve concurrently the 15 months intensive corrections order in the community, 100 hours community service work and to abstain from drug use.
On charges of driving a motor vehicle while never licenced and exceeding the speed limit - relating to incidents on July 3, 2020 at Port Macquarie - Reynolds, who pleaded guilty, was also convicted.
Magistrate Darcy disqualified Reynolds from driving for 12 months and three months respectively, from October 30, 2002, and fined him a total of $1000.
Reynolds also pleaded guilty to, driving a motor vehicle while never licenced and driving recklessly in a manner or speed dangerous - on July 6, 2020.
He was disqualified from driving for 12 months, ordered to undertake community corrections orders for 12 months and the supervision of Corrective Services.
Police facts state that police observed a vehicle driven by Reynolds cross double unbroken lines onto the incorrect side of the road and travel some 40 metres on the incorrect side of the road - on Lake Road.
There were four passengers in the vehicle at the time.
Reynolds pleaded guilty to contravening an AVO - at Port Macquarie on July 17, 2020. He was ordered to serve a 12 month community corrections order.
He further pleaded guilty to, larceny - stealing an iPhone Eleven Bro Max, dishonestly obtain property - using a credit card to purchase $314.97 in goods from a range of outlets - all on May 27, 2020 and break and enter a home.
Magistrate Darcy convicted Reynolds, ordering him to pay compensation of $1200 to the owner of the phone, enter a community corrections order for 12 months, ordering him to pay compensation of $500 to the home owner, enter a community corrections order for two years and abstain from drug use.
