A 21-year-old Wauchope woman who used a stolen credit card to buy a six-pack of UDL Passion and a packet of Winfield Blue has fronted Port Macquarie Local Court.

Tokeaki Shontay Sines, of Stockwhip Parade, appeared before Magistrate Price on September 24.
Sines pleaded guilty to three counts of obtaining property by deception.
These charges relate to incidents that occurred on December 31, 2018 and January 1, 2019.
Court documents indicate the victim misplaced his credit card after going out for dinner on New Year's Eve.
When he contacted his bank to report the missing card he was advised of a number of unauthorised transactions. He reported the matter to police on New Year's Day.
Police viewed CCTV footage on January 2 from a licensed premises in Port Macquarie.
Court documents show that Sines was arrested over separate matters on May 31, 2019 where she made full admissions.
Sines used the stolen card to purchase, a carton of Winfield Blue, a six-pack of UDL Passion - valued at $106.99; petrol to the value of $142.69; and other goods valued at $29.
Magistrate Price convicted Sines, ordered her to repay the money totalling $278.68; placing her on a community corrections order and corrections supervision for 12 months.
Sines also faced further charges including, two counts of driving while disqualified, larceny, having goods in custody, using a stolen credit card to obtain goods, stealing a card, dishonestly obtain property by deception and driving without a licence.
Court documents revealed at Sines has never held a driver's licence and has been previously convicted on a number of traffic offences.
She is currently disqualified from driving. That suspension was due to finish in April 2020.
The documents show that police noticed a vehicle turning onto High Street Wauchope on August 25. Police stopped the vehicle for a breath test.
Police asked the driver to produce her licence. She told police: "I don't have one".
Sines also pleaded guilty to a second charge of driving while disqualified in court. This offence occurred at Wauchope on May 16, 2019.
Magistrate Price convicted Sines for both matters. She is disqualified from driving for 12 months, placed on a community corrections order and will be supervised by corrections for two years.
Sines also pleaded guilty to a charge of larceny and having goods in custody believed stolen - a folding knife/multi tool. These offences occurred on July 7, 2019.
Sines stole a Samsung mobile phone, $80 in cash, a driver's licence, a debit card and tobacco at Taree.

Sines also pleaded guilty to dishonestly obtaining property by deception - petrol valued at $90.59 and driving without a licence on December 1, 2018.
Magistrate Price convicted Sines on these matters, fining her $500 and ordering her to repay $91.59. She was also placed on a community corrections order and corrections supervision for 18 months.
