Former UK detective turned Charles Sturt University lecturer Tracey Green is one of the guest speakers.
Ms Green will be talking about 'Becoming a leader within your business' and discuss topics such as how to increase your emotional intelligence and improve your communication skills.
Digital marketing specialist with Australian Community Media Karina Schiller will deliver the second talk on 'Becoming a leader in your market - understanding the new age digital marketing landscape'.
Ms Schiller said she will be focusing on 'How the landscape for digital marketing has changed and what business owners are doing now to reach customers'.
"People's attention is no longer just focused on print, radio and TV," Ms Schiller said.
"While there is a place for it you also have to look at different platforms online like Google, Youtube and social media.
"Seventy per cent of people will go to their mobile first when looking for information."
Ms Schiller said the Hastings Business Women's Network is committed to developing women in the community.
"We are always looking at new ways we can help women develop their professional skills."
