Since its inception, the competition has continued to flourish where today rugby union is offered to children aged from five years of age all the way up to children aged 12.
The Port Macquarie Junior Rugby Union Club also caters for both boys and girls.
We encompass an area from Laurieton in the south, Kempsey in the north and out to Wauchope in the west, and all areas in between.
The Port Macquarie Junior Rugby Union continues to offer rugby union in a safe, family friendly environment.
We aim to make sure all the children that play in our competition feel safe and most importantly have fun.
This year the club are running an under-14 and under-16 girls competition.
All games adhere to and follow the Australian Rugby Union Pathway Laws.
The great thing about the competition that the Port Macquarie Junior Rugby Union Club runs is its location and times.
The competition is held every Friday night at Stuart Park in Port Macquarie.
The times are set depending on the age group, with under 6s and 8s starting at 5pm, then followed by the under 10's at 5.30pm and finally the under 12's at 6.20pm.
Under-14s and under-16s at 7:15pm
The Port Macquarie Junior Rugby Union Club welcomes all new players to come along and enjoy what we offer.
