SCAS again won the title following a victory in Tuesday afternoon's final.
In a successful day overall for the school, their open boys' team were defeated in the semi-final by Oxley High School.
It backed up their under-13 and under-15 teams' success on Monday when they were crowned champions of their respective divisions.
More than 20 teams from across the Manning, Tamworth, Camden Haven, Port Macquarie and Armidale challenged each other for the right to knock St Columba off their perch.
The talented SCAS team had won the previous two under-16 competitions and early signs were they would be tough to beat.
In the end, it proved the case in an impressive performance for coach Tony Judge.
"It was a big day for the boys," he said.
"They ran a time trial for the school cross country earlier in the day and then they went over and played futsal."
Judge said the secret to their success was that they were all "good mates".
"They're all very good athletes and have the right balance of enjoying it when they play, but working hard at training."
