The visitors outclassed FMNC, winning 7-0 after leading 3-0 at the break.
"We had a bad start, they scored a goal within the first three minutes and we were on the back foot from there,'' FMNC coach Mick Grass explained.
He said lapses in concentration also proved costly for his side.
"We conceded three goals from uncontested corners,'' he said.
"You just can't do that at this level. It's something we've got to work on.''
FMNC went down to South Wallsend 5-0 in the opening match.
Grass said Sam Bestwick was again FMNC's best.
"Sam did some great work at the back and if it hadn't been for her we would have been beaten by more,'' he said.
Grass added the side will now regroup for next Sunday's encounter against defending champions, Merewether United, again at the Taree Zone Field.
He agreed it hasn't been an easy draw for his team.
Football MNC returned to the premier league this season after missing 2018 and they've drawn three teams expected to be among the best in the competition in the opening three weeks.
"It's all part of the experience,'' he said.
