The sun was back after Port Macquarie recorded 2.8mm of rain.
The top temperature is expected to hover around 30 degrees each day from February 3 to 5, before dropping slightly to 29 degrees on February 6 and 7.
The forecast puts the overnight temperatures around the 20 degree-mark all week.
A possible shower is predicted on February 6.
The hottest day in Port Macquarie so far in 2019 was 34.6 degrees on January 19.
