The evening of carols by local performers will include food, coffee, market stalls, a jumping castle, face painting and a visit from Santa from 5.30pm to 9pm on Saturday, December 18.
Proceeds from the night are being donated to Lifeline, the national charity which provides 24 hour crisis support and suicide prevention.
AJ Davis said attendees can enjoy great performances on the night and give back to a charity which has been vital the last few years to the community.
"We've teamed up with the Players Theatre to put together the performances and also the community singing group from Davis Farm," she said.
"We will be raising money for lifeline, who have been phenomenal and vital the last few years to the community.
"We pushed to have it this year because we wanted to offer a more intimate event and use it for a fundraiser for Lifeline. They have been the backbone of the community for so long and it's an opportunity to get people out and start enjoying this time of year.
"There will be food and market stales from 5pm to 9pm, and we recommend people bring a picnic blanket or a camper chair to sit in, and of-course their Christmas outfits.
"You can buy tickets online and we have already sold 100 so we have a few tickets left now."
Entry is $5 per person with all the profits raised on the night being donated to Lifeline.
