The group's annual Charity Golf Day on November 19 raised more than $6000, which will fund the creation of the support groups.
A professional counsellor will facilitate the meetings; a service Breast Care Nurse Joanne Woodlands said will make the world of difference to her patients.
"This is a service our patients will benefit enormously from," Ms Woodlands said.
"They will have access to appropriate and considered support from a professional Group Facilitator.
"This level of support can help our patients manage the challenges that come with a cancer diagnosis. The facilitator will listen and respond to the physical, emotional and mental health concerns of patients, providing relief in so many areas of the patient's life.
"We are very grateful to Port Macquarie Women's Golf Club for hosting the event, to the sponsors for their generosity and to the many, many women who turned up on the day, dressed in pink and ready to show their support for the women and men in our community who have been diagnosed, or will be diagnosed, with breast cancer."
