The Breakers outlasted Port Macquarie Sharks Black 34-20 at Lank Bain Sporting Complex on Saturday morning (August 7) while the Pirates held on to register a 28-22 win over Wingham Tigers.
The under-10s, under-11s and under-12s tier two games were played at Wauchope while the girls' league tag in the under 12 and 14 divisions was played on Friday night at Taree Recreation Ground.
Wauchope was the venue for the under 10s, 11s and 12s tier 2. This included the under 10 girls division for the first time.
Old Bar will be the host club for games on Sunday. This will be in the under 12s tier 1 through to under 16s. Here matches will start at 9.10am, with the Old Bar Pirates the host.
As is the case with the senior league, Port Macquarie Regional Stadium cannot be used for the junior league semi-finals as it is now a COVID-19 testing clinic.
