In front of a large crowd numbering well into the thousands, the young Macleay born star rode a Queensland mini bull and secured himself another buckle, and a $500 prize in the under 14s division.
"This was one of largest events I've been to since the start of COVID-19 restrictions started last year; it's great to be back in front of a large crowd again," Levi said.
"Thanks to my sponsors, both new and old, for helping me get down the road; I couldn't do this without them."
Run by local Kempsey boy Josh Britten and his wife Tiarna, the Lightning Ridge Black Opal Bull and Bronc Ride saw 65 competitors compete for a stack of prizes, including a one of a kind black opal buckle.
"This is the third time I've been out to Lightning Ridge, it's a bit of drive, but I'm happy to ride and support a local," Levi said.
"I got my first win there in 2016, and I hope to go back again sometime in the next few years."
COVID-19 restrictions have been playing havoc with many industries over the last year or two, but Levi has nearly returned to a regular schedule.
He won the under 25s steer ride in Bell, Queensland earlier this year, and a recent outing saw him take out third place at the under 14s bull ride in Maitland.
Siblings Franki and Bobbi have also returned to action, with Bobbi getting third at Bendameer in the under 18s bull ride against a tough field of 20 competitors.
