The NSW government has established Recovery Centres in Port Macquarie at 143 Gordon Street and at 58 Bold Street Laurieton.
"Service NSW will have staff on hand to assist customers at the Recovery Centres as well as a business support specialist to assist businesses affected by the floods," Mrs Williams said.
"Service NSW centres are open normal trading hours however contact centres are open 24/7 to take calls outside of these times," Mrs Williams said.
"While the Service NSW centres will be closed over Easter, staff will be present at Recovery Centres in the region.
"I have toured the Port Macquarie electorate over the past week and have seen first-hand the extent of the flood damage across so many communities.
"I've also witnessed the incredible volunteer support and the wonderful work of all the emergency service organisations and the hundreds of men and women helping complete strangers to clean up," Mrs Williams said.
If you need help with the recovery, please call Service NSW on 13 77 88.
