The testing clinic has relocated from Port Macquarie Base Hospital to 89 Lake Road.
It comes ahead of a COVID-19 vaccination hub for healthcare workers opening at Port Macquarie Base Hospital on March 24.
The COVID-19 testing clinic at 89 Lake Road is open from 8am to 4pm on weekdays, and 8am to 2pm on Saturdays and Sundays.
Bookings are not required.
Children aged under six are still required go to Port Macquarie Base Hospital for testing.
There are more than 350 COVID-19 testing locations across NSW.
The Lake Road clinic is one of the testing locations in our area.
It is critical that everyone continues to practise COVID-safe behaviours and come forward for testing with even the mildest of cold-like symptoms.

Meanwhile, the Mid North Coast Local Health District will start providing COVID-19 vaccinations to its staff from Wednesday. (March 17)
The first vaccinations of healthcare workers will take place at Coffs Harbour with Port Macquarie following a week later.
Both clinics will be providing the AstraZeneca vaccine.
