The Blue Water Bar & Restaurant owner said they had signed up early to the economic stimulus program register after the insistence of multiple diners.
Ms Pavey said at the moment there appeared to be no down-side to joining the voucher system.
"I think it's a great idea and any initiative to get people out again rather than staying at home is an excellent idea," she said.
"If there are any short-comings to it then we will find out as it rolls out. We had customers requesting that we did sign up so I said we would accept them.
"People have been asking us everyday and are living close by. I think there is a lot of information still rolling out about it as well.
"The value of the $25 voucher will obviously vary from venue to venue. For us one voucher would probably cover the cost of a main meal but in other places that might not get you a meal."
The vouchers can be presented in QR code form by a phone or tablet, or they can be downloaded and printed from a Service NSW email.
To find out which businesses vouchers can be used at, visit this website and enter your postcode.
Check if you can apply for vouchers now by entering your residential address into the Dine & Discover NSW Vouchers address check.
All eligible NSW businesses can register HERE for Dine & Discover NSW and accept vouchers.
