Just after midday, December 27, the Westpac Rescue Helicopter was tasked by Ambulance New South Wales to a serious motorcycle accident south of the Gingers Creek Road House on the Oxley Highway.
It was reported that the male was suffering from serious injuries.
Local Ambulance paramedics and emergency services attended the scene and commenced treatment on a 23-year-old male who was was suffering from multiple injuries.
The Westpac Rescue Helicopter Critical Care Medical Team assisted in treatment and stabilising the rider before he was flown to the John Hunter Hospital, Newcastle for further treatment.
