NSW Health has issued a public health alert for McDonald's on William Bailey Street after a confirmed case visited the venue between 11.45 and 12.15pm on Tuesday, December 15.
Anyone who attended the venue at that time is considered a casual contact. They should get tested immediately and isolate until they receive a negative result, NSW Health says.
In Forster, anyone who attended Café Toscano - particularly in the outdoor verandah area - at 1 Wallis Street on Wednesday, December 16, between 6pm and 7.45pm is considered a close contact of a confirmed case.
Anyone who has been at this location during these times should get tested immediately and self-isolate until December 30.
Anyone who was at Beach Bums Café, corner Beach Street and North Street, Forster on Wednesday December 16, between 8am-9am and Thursday, December 17 between 8am and 9am is considered a casual contact of a confirmed case and should get tested and remain isolated until a negative result is received, and to monitor for symptoms.
Two people who have tested positive to COVID-19 also visited Stockland at Forster on Tuesday, December 15 between 2.30pm and 3pm.
NSW Health has deemed this incident a low risk due to the duration of the visit and limited contact at the location.
All of these alerts are linked to contact tracing in relation to the northern beaches outbreak in Sydney.
