The accommodation provider, adjacent to Port Macquarie Base Hospital, has implemented extra cleaning measures, which will continue, and is adhering with COVID-19 tracking requirements in terms of clients' travel itineraries.
Gloves and masks are available for staff.
Rotary Lodge manager Paula Johnson said Rotary Lodge continued to maintain a safe and protected environment for its clients during the pandemic.
The accommodation provider's core clients are patients as well as carers and relatives of people staying in hospital.
Rotary Lodge board member Phil Perry said Rotary Lodge was operating normally, and back to full operation, with COVID-19 protocol in place.
"It's about providing a safe space for patients and carers," he said.

Mr Perry acknowledged the board's savvy financial management which contributed to Rotary Lodge's continued operation during the height of the pandemic.
The temporary suspension of public hospital elective surgery due to COVID-19 had a knock-on effect for the accommodation provider.
But Rotary Lodge continued to offer a safe haven for patients and carers during the height of the pandemic across the health-related fields of renal, oncology, maternity, accident and emergency, and ICU.
The demand for Rotary Lodge's rooms grew as elective surgery picked up.
Rotary Lodge is also looking to the future.
It hopes to secure government funding to build a further 12 rooms, in the final expansion stage, to continue to meet community needs.
An extension, officially opened in 2018, brought the number of rooms to 36.
A mini-orchard has been added featuring lemons, oranges, limes, mandarins, avocado and a fig tree, and the Rotary Club of Port Macquarie Sunrise completed a native bush garden.
