Gordon, 24, of Canoblas Place is yet to enter a plea after allegedly illegally receiving financial payments from Centrelink.
The Port Macquarie resident's matter was heard by magistrate Georgina Darcy.
Court documents show that Gordon allegedly received some $3000 from Centrelink and attempted to claim a further $5000 during the period between November 22, 2019 and March 27, 2020.
Magistrate Darcy adjourned the matter against Gordon to the same court on November 11.
