Having spent three decades with the supermarket, Sharron said it's the customers who make the job a joy.
"After working at Coles for over 30 years, the reason I have stayed so long is my love of customer service and helping our loyal customers with their weekly shop," she said.
"I love looking out for my regular customers, and having a chat about what they have been up to.
"I was also incredibly grateful to be given the opportunity to become a service manager, which was a really exciting and proud moment for me.
"Coles is like my second family, and I have made many friends and cherished memories over the years since I started with Coles in 1976."
Coles Lake Innes store manager Brock Mackay said Sharron is a trusted and valuable member of the team.
"You certainly cannot buy 30 years of experience. New and existing team members look to her for advice and guidance, and she is also adaptable to change. She is loved and respected by her community and the team at Coles Lake Innes," Mr Mackay said.
