It's not known when the Orange Sky Laundry service will be back up and running in the Port Maquarie-Hastings region but community support is helping to ensure its future.

Orange Sky Laundry vehicle leader Carly Bullard said 2020 had been a tough year for the service, as it's not able to continue operations as normal due to COVID-19 health restrictions.
The service is not running in the Port Macquarie-Hastings but is available in Taree.
The service recently received a $500 donation from the Port Macquarie Mid North Coast Branch Ulysses Club, with $200 coming from secretary Jan Prescott's Blueprint business.
Club president Phil Hedley said Orange Sky Laundry is a great local charity which works to help people in the community who need it the most.
Ms Bullard said $24 is enough to provide a shower and launder the clothes of one person in need.
"This donation can help quite a lot of our friends on the street at the moment," she said.
Orange Sky Laundry has almost 60 volunteers on its books, however only about six are currently active at the moment.
Unfortunately a lot of volunteers are unable to continue their duties due to preexisting health conditions.
Ms Bullard has spoken to a few of her friends who are currently living rough.
It's difficult for her to not be able to offer the service at this time.
"I know everyone is keen for us to get back onboard," she said.
A lot of the people who access the service have become like family.
"We know a lot of them by name and have built strong bonds with them," Ms Bullard said.
