The Hastings Valley Netball Association faced off against teams from Coffs Harbour, Nambucca, Taree and Great Lakes on Sunday, August 9.
HVNA junior vice president Denis Hillier said there were changes made to the competition format in line with COVID-19 restrictions.
"Regional League is usually played over two rounds with the semis and finals in the third round. Due to COVID restrictions earlier it was decided to hold it yesterday at Macquarie Park changing the format to complete competition in one day," she said.
"Teams from Coffs Harbour, Nambucca, Hastings Valley, Taree and Great Lakes competed over four divisions.
"Hastings had a great day yesterday (Sunday) with the 15s competing in division one and finishing fourth."
Stars of the day were the U17s who finished division one grand final winners with a 28 to 25 win.
Port Macquarie duo Jasmine Hyde and Cian Leahy were also selected in the prestigious 2020 Regional League State Cup team.
Traditionally, winning regional teams selected for the State Cup each year would play off against other regional winners in Sydney. However the cup has been postponed this year.
