A Wauchope has been found not guilty of five charges and released from custody after his sentencing hearing in the Port Macquarie Local Court.

Phillip Mark Stoker of Bain Street Wauchope and formerly of Friar Place Port Macquarie appeared before Magistrate Georgina Darcy on March 9.
Stoker pleaded not guilty to two counts of driving a motor vehicle while disqualified, contravening an AVO, driving dangerously during a police pursuit and destroying or damaging property.
He was found not guilty of those charges.
He pleaded guilty to four other charges relating to incidents that occurred on July 5, 2019.
On the charge of contravening an AVO, no penalty was imposed; for driving a motor vehicle during a disqualification period, Stoker was disqualified from driving for 12 months placed on a community corrections order and order to meet with community corrections at Port Macquarie for 12 months.
For driving in a manner dangerous Stoker was disqualified from driving for two years and sentenced to gaol backdated from July 5, 2019 to January 4, 2020.
On the charge of wilfully obstructing police, he was placed on a community corrections order nad order to undertake supervision of community corrections at Port Macquarie for 12 months.
