A 30-year-old Port Macquarie man has pleaded not guilty to five charges, guilty to four others, had two charges withdrawn and a further four dismissed when he appeared in the Port Macquarie Local Court over two days.

Phillip Mark Stoker, of Friar Place, appeared before Magistrate Georgina Darcy on February 25 and 28.
Bail was refused and Stoker remains in custody.
Stoker has pleaded not guilty to two counts of driving a motor vehicle while disqualified, contravening an AVO, driving dangerously during a police pursuit and destroying or damaging property.
Those charges relate to alleged incidents in Port Macquarie on June 26, 2019.

Two charges were withdrawn - use an offensive weapon to prevent lawful detention and assaulting police.
A further four charges were dismissed - not keeping a firearm safe, possession of ammunition without a licence, having goods in custody and possession of a shortened firearm.
Magistrate Darcy adjourned the case against Stoker to the Port Macquarie Local Court on March 9 for sentencing.
