Matthew Furner, 29, was refused bail when he fronted Magistrate Georgina Darcy on February 20.
All the charges against Furner relate to alleged incidents that took place on August 25, 2019.
Furner is charged with, escaping from the Port Macquarie Base Hospital while in police custody; two counts of assaulting police; common assault; take a motor vehicle without the consent of the owner; two counts of larceny and enter enclosed lands.
He is further charged with, driving in dangerously during a police pursuit; driving recklessly in a manner dangerous; driving while disqualified; and, driving a car with false number plates.
Furner is schedule to reappear for committal in the Port Macquarie Local Court on March 19, 2020.
