Six people were transported to hospital following a crash between a truck and a motor vehicle on the Oxley Highway at Spencer's Cutting on Wednesday, February 19.

The accident happened at around 8.30pm.
Multiple units from NSW Ambulance attended the scene while police and Rural Fire Service brigades from King Creek and Sancrox/Thrumster were also called.
According to police, the driver of the truck had stopped on the side of the highway was attempted a U-turn before colliding with the motor vehicle.
The Oxley Highway was closed for a short period of time.
According to Port Macquarie Base Hospital, three of the patients were discharged following treatment.
They were a 31 year old female, a 19 year old female and an 18 year old male.
A 20 year old female and two males both aged 18 years remain in hospital in stable conditions.
A NSW Ambulance spokesperson said the three patients remaining in hospital suffered head and chest injuries in the accident.
