Port Macquarie MP Leslie Williams and Hastings Combined Seniors stage the free concert for the Seniors Festival with support from the state government.
Mrs Williams said the $10,000 financial assistance would help to stage the free concert at Port Panthers on Wednesday, February 19.
"This government grant will allow the Hastings Combined Seniors to offer the concert for a fifth year, providing entertainment and enjoyment to as many as 650 local seniors," she said.
"The concert is a great community event, with performances by local artists, who give freely of their time to entertain our seniors.
"This year we have some wonderful performers including Sentimental Journey, the U3A Dancers, Khristina Joy and the Z Chords, Pete Di Losa, Sing Australia and two very special surprise performances."
Mrs Williams said the grant would enable Hastings Combined Seniors to engage professional production services for the concert, as well as providing a free morning tea for seniors.
"I'm delighted that the government is again providing this grant to such an important community organisation in our region," Mrs Williams said.
Hastings Combined Seniors president Brian Buckett said: "The past five years have seen more than 3000 people attend the shows which have been hugely successful and I am looking forward to this year's event."
Tickets for the Seniors Concert are available from Panthers Port Macquarie.
Doors open at 9am with a free morning tea. The concert will start at 9.30am.
The NSW Seniors Festival runs from the February 12 to 23.
