The fifth round of the Port Macquarie Sailing Club's handicap series was postponed and substituted with race three of the Summer Series instead.
The catamarans did 4 laps of the course. Frank O'Rourke on Dino finished ahead of Jack Corthals on Harpic.
A monohull fleet of four crossed the start line. Simon Elsa Gandy in Sail Fish won on Yardstick followed by Jeff Walsh in Firefly and then Paul Robertson & Warren Sykes in Flembouyant.
Jane Cooper & Therese Dawson in Puffin failed to get very far over the start line in the heavy conditions.
No handicap available as yet due to limited races.
The junior race was won by Ziggy & Tilly Ewart in Intrepid. Next Sunday is the continuing sprint series with racing starting at 12pm.
Jane Cooper is rostered on duty.
