Mid North Coast Police District officers were involved in the weekend's operation, with assistance from general duties, Target Action Group, NSW Police Dog Unit, licensing and bike police.
A spokesperson from NSW Police said 70 people were searched and 16 people were detected with drugs.
Police also issued a number of cannabis cautions and field court attendance notices for trespassing.
Mid North Coast Police District Crime Manager, Detective Chief Inspector Kim Fehon, said police were pleased with overall crowd behaviour.
'The majority of event goers enjoyed the festival safely," she said.
"Police engaged with festival promoters before, during and after the event to ensure all patrons were in a safe environment."

In 2018 more than 40 people were caught with drugs at the annual Port Macquarie festival.
