Tammy was announced the winner at the 2019 VERTO Employee Conference held at Rydges Norwest Sydney in Baulkham Hills.
The event attracted over 130 employees from 39 sites from Ballina in Northern New South Wales, to as far south as Melbourne, Victoria.
Tammy has been employed with VERTO since 2017 and currently works in the Disability Employment Services (DES) team.
"I love being able to help people achieve their personal and employment goals every day," Ms Flanagan said.
"I am also honoured to work alongside such a great team, including Graham Ryan who helped me achieve a 5-Star Rating for Employment Support Services in Taree this year."
VERTO chief executive, Ron Maxwell, said Tammy is an outstanding member of the DES team and the VERTO team more broadly.
"Congratulations to Tammy and the DES team for always making positive contributions to VERTO."
During the conference, employees heard from a diverse range of speakers such as Dr Keith Suter and Corporal Mark Donaldson VC who covered a range of industry and workplace relevant topics.
The conference also included an awards night, where achieving employees were recognised. Former Australian Sudoku player, writer, and rugby commentator, Mick Colliss, entertained everyone as the keynote speaker at the awards night.
