Kristoffer Raymond Mitchell, 54, of Franklin Drive Lake Munmorah was not in court for the hearing.
No pleas were entered when the mattered was heard before Magistrate Jennifer Price.
Mitchell is charged with, fail to comply with a prevention notice, fail to remove sunken vessel when directed and fail to comply with a notice to repair an unsafe vessel.
The matters relate to the Summer Breeze moored at Laurieton.
Magistrate Price adjourned the matter to the same court on November 14, 2019.
