The Lost Plot community garden is joining forces with Drury Woolnough and the team from Drury Lane Eatery for the Lost Plate II fundraiser.
The Drury Lane Eatery team will create a dinner in the ambient garden setting inspired by local and seasonal produce.
The Lost Plot events coordinator Karen Mann said the Lost Plate II on October 12 would raise awareness about the garden as well as raise money and give people a chance to enjoy the garden at night-time.
The garden dining environment will take on a rustic feel including tables fashioned from recycled pallets.

Hastings Secondary College Westport Campus hospitality students will serve the food.
Mr Woolnough said the community garden was a beautiful space.
"They are an integral part [of the community] and the sad thing is not enough people know about them," he said about the garden and its volunteers.
Mr Woolnough encouraged the community to support the garden, support the fundraiser and support the knowledge of the community garden volunteers.
The Lost Plot community garden is self-funded with money raised from the dinner to help with running costs.
The Lost Plate dinner in 2017 raised about $2000.
The Lost Plate II begins at 6.30pm on October 12 at the Lost Plot community garden off Central Road.
Tickets cost $85 each and there are discounts for whole table bookings.
