A 73-year-old Tuncurry woman charged with a range of animal cruelty offences will return to Forster Local Court in October.

Brenda Dorothy Marney fronted the local court on August 27. She appeared before Magistrate R Hudson.
She has pleaded not guilty to all 10 charges following her arrest on May 4.
The woman was remanded in custody on June 21 after breaking her bail conditions but successfully applied for bail at a later date.
She is charged with, two counts of committing an act of cruelty on an animal, two counts of committing aggravated cruelty on an animal, three counts of failing to provide vet treatment, attempting to deal in protected animal, contravene licence and unjustifiably inflict pain on an animal.
