They'll be at Singapore Airport waiting to board their flight to the UK after being selected for Wanderers Australia, an under-18 invitational netball team.
The 18-day junior tour will head to England and France and include up to eight different games against schools, clubs and representative teams.
The pair have never represented their country before, but have impressed the right people with strong performances for North Coast representative sides over the last 12 months.
"They said there's about 10 coaches around Australia that go to state carnivals and send names in of netballers they've seen," Styles said.
"I had no idea I was in the running, but I think it was from when we both went and played for North Coast because we were both at the state carnival at Menai (earlier in the year)."
Not only will it be Styles' first overseas trip, it will be her first flight and they will see an English Premier League football match.
"It was a surprise; I definitely wasn't expecting it," she said.
The Wauchope teenager admitted her pace in the middle of the court would be one of the strengths she would bring to the team.
"It's definitely nothing about my height; I play in the centre court so speed is what I'll bring, I'm too short for either end," she said.
"I've always wanted to play a high level and it's something we've both worked towards."
Sheather plays for Port Combined in the Hastings Valley Netball Association competition and admitted her selection in the team also came as a "big shock".
"It's very special to be picked and my grandma is super excited," she said.
Playing in her sixth season, Sheather was looking forward to testing herself against some of the best players in Europe and playing a different style of netball.
"It is a whole new skill level over there so it will help to improve my game as well," she said.
The tour runs from December 31 until January 17.
