Nick was invited to be part of the Ultimate Table Tennis (UTT) World Championships in Delhi, India.
"It was a bit random but I got an email inviting me to the UTT world champs to show the competitors my crazy trick shots," Nick said.
"I have a growing social media presence on Instagram but to be invited was a pretty cool moment for me.
"It was the first time I have been overseas so there was lots going on."
Nick was in India from July 23 to August 9 and had a chance to show off his skills and travel around.
"The competition itself was huge with so many professional table tennis stars from India but also from around the world competing," he said.
"I didn't actually compete but I was there to boost the hype around the competition and challenge some of the players to do some trick shots on the side.
"The players were really good so they picked up some of my trick shots pretty easily but it was so much fun to be part of."
Nick said it was just good to get out and see parts of India while he was there for the competition.
"For some of my time they had me followed with a camera crew and we were doing trick shots around Delhi," he said.
"I got to see some of the incredible Indian street markets and try some pretty awesome food and lots of people wanted to see my tricks.
"We were bartering with them for a free drink sometimes which was fun."
Nick said he hopes to be invited back next year to be part of all the fun.
