The match was held before the start of the Group Three senior preliminary semi-finals.
Stella Tijou had a big day out for the Blues, scoring five tries and bombing another.
However, Shontai Fernando was named the player of the match, winning an NSW Blues training shirt autographed by the NSW women's State of Origin side.
Group Three Junior League president Warren Blissett was happy with the nines competition, which was the first conducted in the league.
He said a further shorter competition planned to start in late October this year, while the group will run a nines again next year in conjunction with the season-proper.
"The standard of the nines was good and Wauchope was the outstanding side as they showed in the grand final,'' Mr Blissett said.
Meanwhile nominations for the sub committee to assist the organisation of women's rugby league in Group Three close on August 11.
It is planned to stage a four or five week nines competition in November. This will lead into a 13-a-side competition to be played between clubs from Group Three and Group Two early next year.
