The Hastings Valley Mountain Bike Riders hosted a come and try day for about riders wanting to test out some of the best courses anywhere in the state.
Rod Buckton said the day is a great introduction to mountain biking for novices, and a bit of fun for those with more experience.
The club, which has been in action for 25 years and boasts more than 90 members, hosts rides every month and new members are welcome.
Next weekend, July 13-14, the NSW super trails series Fox Superflow Championships will be held at Jolly Nose with hundreds of riders expected to hit the trails for some high-end competitive action.
