But this weekend's clash with the Port Sharks will be even more special when she dedicates the milestone match to a close family friend doing it tough.
Chantelle Charnock was diagnosed with breast cancer about a month ago which Lawrence said put everything into perspective.
"It definitely puts things into perspective because you never know what's around the corner," Lawrence said.
"Channie is the healthiest she's ever been and for something like that to happen to her ... it can happen to anyone."
Both teams will wear pink scrunchies during the game as they aim to raise as much awareness and funds to help the family out.
"Because the type of cancer she has isn't on the PBS they have to pay for the treatment which is about $6000," Lawrence said.
"So I thought with the support of the people doing the "A mingle for the Maher's" I thought I'd try and do something to help.
"I thought I'd dedicate the 100th game to them."

"I thought I'd dedicate the 100th game to them."
Lawrence would have achieved the 100-game milestone earlier, except for a wretched run of injuries over the last couple of years.
"It's always something I wanted to do, but it's taken me longer than it could have with different finger injuries, hamstrings and quads so touchwood it's gone well this year," she said.
"In 2016 I did a hamstring a few weeks before and didn't rest it enough so only played five minutes and the year after that I did my quad in the grand final.
"Last year I was fully fit and it was all worth it, but this year playing my 100th (game means) it's something extra special."
Teammates Jazzy Wilbow (150) and Nakita Binge (100) have reached similar milestones throughout the year as the Breakers eye yet another Group 3 league tag premiership.
"Nakita played hers a few weeks back and Jazzy's as well so I think that it represents the success of our club that so many girls have stuck around and are achieving milestones," Lawrence said.
"The nucleus of the team reflects our success; we get along, know each other well and welcome new players."
The Sharks have had a much-improved season in 2019 compared to previous years where they currently sit in fourth position.
Port City will aim to keep their undefeated run going when the two teams clash on Saturday.
"It's always tough against the Sharks," Lawrence said.
"You never know what they'll throw at you and there's the rivalry but it's always good fun so hopefully we can play our best game."
The match kicks off at 11.30am at Regional Stadium.
If anyone would like to donate to the family there will be opportunity to do so on the day at the canteen or follow the event 'A Mingle for the Mahers' on Facebook.
