Port Macquarie jockey Peter Graham also had a day out with four mounts claiming two wins and two seconds at the five-race charity meeting.
Prosser with Achilles Pride beat Graham's mount Yulong Baohu in the Great Northern Benchmark 50 Handicap over 1650m whereas his father, Grant's Tipsy Choice had only a nose to spare over Graham's Khorloo in the Bears Interior Lining Class 1 Handicap.
Colt Prosser's other win was with So Inspiring ridden by Wauchope's Belinda Hodder, in the Turner Thoroughbreds Class 1 Handicap over 1000m.
His second was registered by Nic And Run, beaten by just over a length by Graham's Nardini Song in the Bago Tavern & Angove Wines Maiden Plate over 1650m.
The winner was trained at Muswellbrook by Luke Thomas who also combined with Graham for a win with Pleasure Bomb by nearly two lengths in the Inferno Sports And Hastings Hotel Maiden Handicap over 1000m.
A good crowd welcomed the upgraded public facilities at the track and some excellent funds were raised for the Mark Hughes Foundation's beanie for brain cancer charity.
The track was in great condition with two class records being registered in the 1000m events and one in Achilles Pride's 1650m race.
Family members cheered home Prosser's new apprentice Georgina McDonnell on Achilles Pride, her fifth win thus losing her four kilo claim, and her first on her new home track.
"He was travelling so well even though he was three deep," she said of the four-year-old gelding posting the class record with a three lengths' win over the 1650m.
Prosser, who didn't think his galloper would run a strong race, was delighted as it was the gelding's third win in the campaign.
"He is going for a spell now," he said.
He was more confident with So Inspiring which scored by just over two lengths after backing up from a win at Tuncurry the previous Saturday.
"She was strong up the hill straight," he said.
Off to Queensland for future races is Nic And Run, ridden by another of his apprentices in Mollie Partridge, with its second adding to 14 other placings in 33 starts, with no win, but prizemoney of $56,000.
Grant Prosser said his Tipsy Choice, ridden by Vad Bolozhinskyi, had been disappointing and the gelding's second win in 18 starts was overdue.
Thomas was happy to get his winning double and said Pleasure Bomb by winning had staked its claim to remain in the stable.
As for his Nardini Song, owner Richard Kelaher, said the win would enhance her prospects as a broodmare as she was closely related to Oaks winner Once Were Wild.
