A 53-year-old man was allegedly assaulted by the 42-year-old female senior constable and the man on Saturday, March 23.
The incident allegedly occurred at a licensed premises on Owen Street.
The senior constable was served with a Future Court Attendance Notice for the offences of assault occasioning actual bodily harm and fail to quit licensed premises.
The man was served a Future Court Attendance Notice for the offences of assault and fail to quit licensed premises.
Both are due to appear at Port Macquarie Local Court on Wednesday, June 19.
