New Zealand based healing touch expert Annis Parker will be in Port Macquarie on the 4th and 5th of May running animal workshops for dogs and horses.
The workshops are suitable for all animal lovers, equine enthusiasts and vets irrespective whether they have any previous experience in energetic healing or not.
The objective is to demonstrate ways to improve your animals' general well-being and performance without the need to resort to drugs.
In addition to the workshop, there will be a clinic for anyone wishing to bring their dog along for a healing session.
Pam Sainsbury is one of the coordinators of Annis Parker's visit.
She said Ms Parker is "an amazing lady" who last year when she visited Port Macquarie had fantastic results.
Ms Sainsbury is also a healing touch practitioner with people and animals in Port Macquarie.
She said healing touch is used in Port Macquarie and Wauchope Hospital and in palliative care throughout the Mid North Coast.
"You assess each person with a pendulum, the pendulum tells us where the energy is balanced in the body of the person or animal.
"There is a procedure that balances the energy in the person or animals body.
"It is an amazing thing to witness."
