The run is a 5km or 10km off road run ending with an after party. It starts at 2pm.
The run course incorporates running through the vines and the all the surrounding areas the vineyard has to offer.
Race Director Peter Manning said the purpose was to "have a good time".
"People dress up and enjoy themselves.
"They collect a custom wine cup at the end and a wine stopper medal and eight tasting tokens.
Mr Manning said you can "run, walk and skip...and then you sip."
It is the first time the event has been held on the Mid North Coast.
After the event there will be the live band called Mckenzie playing all the classics.
Mr Manning said they are expecting 350 people.
