The ladder-leaders tightened their grip on top spot following a three-wicket win over Port City Leagues Magpies on Saturday.
They rolled the Magpies for just 84 before they struggled to the 85 runs required for victory, eventually completing the job at the end of the 28th over.
Elsewhere, Port Pirates were no match for Macquarie Hotel who registered a comprehensive 102-run victory.
Tyson Schmidt (52), Todd Giddy (50) and Sam Johnson (42) all had strong contributions before Rashid Hussain tore through the Pirates top order.
The win consolidated Macquarie’s second spot on the ladder.
In the final match of the round, Beechwood cruised past Wauchope RSL with Jak Dobbyns’ 84 laying the foundation for their 153-run win.
Kahlan Duncan was the star with the ball, claiming 6-28 off eight overs.
