The MacKillop College year nine student took in the sights and blitzed the events in Italy, France, England and Germany as he completed seven parkrun events over four weeks from December 12 last year.
Taking on the free weekly 5km timed runs around the world, Ryan said he's maintaining a streak of 83 consecutive parkrun events and a total of 134 starting from Port Macquarie's own session held every Saturday.
"It was good to win a few of them, I won four - all of the Italian ones in Milan, Rome and Florence, third place at Nuremberg, second at Paris and tenth at Bushy parkrun (in London) against 1500 other people," he said.
"Just trying not to get lost at a few of them, every course is different.
"I just want to get faster, at the moment (my goal is) under 17 minutes."
Ryan said he was running about five or six times a week, with distances between five to ten kilometres.
"Each year I try to get further up at state cross country placings, this year (2018) at state I got 25th," he said.
The young runner has run 109 times for Port Macquarie parkrun with a best time of 17 minutes, 23 seconds for the 5kms, and has volunteered 15 times in 2016, 2017 and 2018.
Jon Binskin, Ryan's father said the pair had also taken part in the Bushy parkrun held in Bushy Park, London, which was the first parkrun established in 2004.
"We managed to Bushy on the Saturday then the Junior race on the Sunday again in London, Paris and then Milan," he said.
"About 1500 people (went to Bushy) the day that we did it, which was just chaos."
"He's got the Australia Day Saturday park run and is going to Gold Coast for the 10km running festival, the issue is its on a Saturday (the same as park run) that’s the last time his streak ended.
“There’s a parkrun every Saturday but over the Christmas period they have a few special events, a lot of places have a Christmas day run and a lot of places have a New Years day run so we managed to get seven parkruns in during the four weeks.”
