Taking the opportunity to snag some last minute Christmas presents many were out and about listening to the great live music, hunting for a great bargain and soaking up the December sun.

Lucy Pascale said the markets had been very busy all day.

“I think most people are coming down and taking advantage of the great weather to have a look around and buy some Christmas presents,” Ms Pascale said.

“It was been pretty busy all morning and despite it being a bit windy the sun is out and people are having a good time.”
